Bookings

Please note when booking your trip that a mobile contact number for you is required when travelling. This is to ensure contact, should you become separated or delayed in your journey, and that we can meet you quickly and easily to complete your journey to your destination. We ask that you supply this information with your booking in the contact details section.

If you experience difficulty forwarding your booking please contact us by phone 0412 571 125 or use our contact us page and we will contact you to complete the booking.

Bookings are NOT confirmed until a confirmation notice is sent via email. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours please contact us by phone 0412 571 125 to finalise the booking with you.

We take pride in our punctual service to customers so please be aware that in the event of lengthy flight delays, it may be necessary to collect you on the next available shuttle, avoiding inconvenience to other passengers using our service.

Terms & Conditions
1. Credit card details may be required when booking on behalf of others or if you are a new customer.
2. Cancelling your booking after confirmation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Cancelling your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4. Rescheduling - the 24 hour rule: If you are unable to make your appointed arrival time and you notified us less than 24 hours before your original booking and time, you will attract an additional fee for us to reschedule, if possible, your revised pick up time.
5. International pickups will be at the McDonalds Restaurant on the ground floor 1 hour after flight arrival.
6. Domestic pickups will be at the luggage carousel approximately 30 minutes after flight arrival.
